Caveats:
As we began collecting the interest in creating a Residents Management Company (RMC), we discovered that there are two RMCs in place for parts of Augusta Park already. These are:

• The Barns Property Management Co Limited

  • Responsible for 12 Barn Properties

  • Managed by Trinity Estates.

• Augusta Park (Andover) Management Company Limited

  • Responsible for 64 Properties

  • Properties are in these roads but it may be not all of the properties on the road. They are: Barley Road, Old Oak Road, Sunflower Way, Oat Road, Rye Way, Plough Way, Hedgerow Walk, Rake Way and Long Barn Road.

  • Managed by Trinity Estates.

The is also a pocket of properties owned by Bellway and managed by 

• Bellway Properties

  • Responsible for 49 Properties

  • Properties are in these roads but it may be not all of the properties on the road. They are: Romney Road, Beltex Walk, Balwen Walk, Herdwick Road, Colbred Walk, Texel |Green, Masham Walk and Jacob Close.
